Import

Import your work from Dropbox and Google Drive

Bring your work over.

Start on FRGMT with your work already in place, not with an empty dashboard. Dropbox brings whole folders, Google Drive brings the files you pick, and work from any other platform arrives as originals you download there and upload here.

Connected imports

Import from where your work lives

Imports run in the background. Start one, keep working, and the transfers tray tracks every asset in.

Import is available on Starter and above, and brings in files up to 5 GB each. For larger video masters, upload them directly, up to 100 GB per file, resumable.

Google Drive

Pick the assets you want to bring over with the Google file picker, and they import straight into your library. FRGMT only touches what you select, never the rest of your Drive.

Dropbox

Connect and import folders recursively. Your organization arrives as you built it.

Coming from a gallery platform

Bringing work from Pixieset or Pic-Time

FRGMT does not connect to Pixieset or Pic-Time and never asks for those logins. Download the originals from each gallery there, then upload them or import them through Dropbox or Google Drive, at full resolution.

  1. 01

    Download each gallery

Download the full-resolution originals from each Pixieset collection or Pic-Time gallery. Keep one folder per gallery so the structure survives the move.

  2. 02

    Import or upload

Put the folders in Dropbox and connect it: the whole folder tree imports as it is, up to 5 GB a file, on Starter and above. From Google Drive, picked files land together in one folder. Or drop the folders into the Library on any plan, up to 100 GB a file, resumable.

  3. 03

    Build the galleries again

Create a Gallery view on each folder and choose its cover. Client Selects, comments and print orders stay on the old platform, so save anything you need from them before you close the account.

Some platforms charge per-gallery fees for a concierge migration and put you in a queue. FRGMT import is self-served and runs today. See how FRGMT compares with Pixieset and Pic-Time, and what each plan includes, or browse every feature.

Your work stays yours

No lock-in, by design

The same door swings both ways. Export everything from FRGMT at full resolution whenever you want. A platform that traps your archive was never a home for it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I download all photos from Pixieset?

Download each gallery from Pixieset at full resolution, then upload the files to FRGMT, or import them from Dropbox or Google Drive if they are already there. There is no direct connection to Pixieset, so the export is the step that brings the files out. Uploads take files up to 100 GB each and resume after a dropped connection.

How do I move photos from Dropbox?

Connect Dropbox from the Import window, choose the folders, and FRGMT imports them with every subfolder in place. Files come across at full resolution, up to 5 GB each, while you keep working. Dropbox import is on Starter and above.

How do I bulk import from Google Drive?

Connect Google Drive and select the files in Google’s own picker, as many at once as you need. FRGMT reads only what you pick, never the rest of your Drive, and each file arrives at full resolution. Picked files land together in one folder, so folder structure from Drive is not carried over.

What is the best Pixieset alternative?

It depends on what you deliver. If your work includes video, look for a platform that plays it as a delivery rather than an add-on, and that lets you take everything with you at full resolution. FRGMT is built around both, and the Pixieset comparison sets the two side by side.

Can I export my work from FRGMT?

Yes. Any FRGMT folder downloads as a single archive at full resolution with its subfolders intact, on every plan. Originals are kept exactly as uploaded, so what comes out is what went in.
