Library

Store everything once. Deliver it every way.

Cloud storage for photographers and videographers, built so every gallery, video page and review link comes from the folder your files already live in.

The FRGMT Library: a list of folders including Camp Nord, Altyn, Gravity Feature and Rhode SS26, each with its file count, size and the Gallery, Cinema or React views made from it

One project, three copies, none of them final.

The usual setup is a drive for the masters, a cloud folder for the backup, and a gallery or video host for the client. Each holds its own copy, and the copy a client sees is the one you uploaded last, not the one you changed this morning.

On FRGMT there is one copy. The Library is the archive and the source of every delivery. A gallery, a video page, a review link and an embed are views of a folder, so changing the folder changes what the client sees.

Organization

Folders, tags and search, the way you already work.

  • Nested foldersFolders inside folders, as deep as the project needs, moved by dragging.
  • Tags on folders and filesTag a folder or a single file, then filter the library by tag.
  • SearchFind a folder by its name or its tags from the top of the library.

Delivery

One folder, four ways to deliver it.

Upload a new cut and it replaces the old one in every view that had it. No second upload to remember.

Transfer

Send files out. Collect files back.

  • Share a folderA link to the files as they are, with an optional password and expiry. The whole folder downloads as one archive, subfolders intact.
  • Upload linksA second shooter or a client sends files straight into your folder, with no account. Links expire after 24, 48 or 72 hours.
  • 100 GB per fileLarge masters upload whole. If an upload stops, pick the same file again in the same browser and it continues from where it stopped.

Retention

Nothing leaves until you say so.

Exactly as uploaded

Originals are kept byte for byte. Previews and streaming versions are made beside them, never in their place.

Archive

Move finished work off the dashboard. The client links keep working, and you restore it whenever you like.

Trash

Deleted folders and files wait 30 days before they go, and come back with one click until then.

Import

Bring your folders with you. Structure intact.

On Starter and above, Dropbox brings whole folders with their structure intact. Google Drive brings the files you pick. The originals stay where they were. Anything else uploads directly. Production companies, agencies and in-house teams run the same library as video delivery for production companies and brands.

Questions

Storing and delivering, answered.

What is the best cloud storage for photographers and videographers?

The best cloud storage for photographers and videographers keeps every original exactly as uploaded, takes large video files without splitting them, and lets you hand work to a client from the same place, so you are not paying for one service to store files and another to deliver them. FRGMT does all three, with files up to 100 GB each and every gallery, video page and review link made from your library folders.

How do I send large files to clients?

Share a link to a folder rather than attaching files to an email, because attachments stop at around 20 to 25 MB and a link can carry a whole project, can be protected with a password and an expiry date, and lets the client download everything as a single archive. A FRGMT share link does this from any folder in your library, subfolders intact, on every plan.

How do I organize photography files?

Give every shoot its own folder, keep the selects, edits and exports in subfolders inside it, and use tags for what a folder name cannot hold, such as a client, a location or a year, so that a project from three seasons ago is a search away rather than a lost drive. The FRGMT Library works the same way, with nested folders and tags on folders and files.

Does cloud storage compress photos and videos?

Some services do, usually to save space on a free plan, so check whether the file you download is the file you uploaded; FRGMT keeps every original byte for byte and makes the smaller previews and streaming versions separately, so a full-resolution download is the file as you sent it. That holds on every plan, including Free.

Can I import my folders from Dropbox or Google Drive?

Yes, on Starter and above: connect Dropbox to bring whole folders across with their structure intact, or Google Drive to bring the files you pick, and FRGMT copies them into your library while the originals stay exactly where they were for anyone still working from them. Anything else, such as an external drive or another platform’s export, uploads directly at up to 100 GB per file.

Can I deliver from the same folder I store in?

Yes: on FRGMT a gallery, a video page, a review link and an embed are all views of a folder in the library, so the files you store are the files you deliver, and a new cut uploaded as a new version replaces the old one in every view that showed it. Archive a folder when the project is done and its client links keep working.
