FRGMT vs VidFlow

A VidFlow alternative that charges for what you keep, not what you upload.

VidFlow sells upload packs and keeps each wedding live for two years. FRGMT charges for storage, so revisions never spend quota, couples review the cut before it ships, and the page stays up for as long as you keep it.

The problem

A season of weddings is uploads, and every revision is another one.

Packs bill for every gigabyte uploaded. A trim to the speeches after the free re-upload window comes out of the allowance again, and a busy season means buying the next pack in the middle of summer.

Each wedding page lives for two years from the day you create it, so the couple’s fifth anniversary arrives after their page has gone.

FRGMT charges for what you keep. A revision only adds to storage. The couple leaves notes on the exact frame in a React review first, so fewer revisions are needed at all.

Pages stay live for as long as you keep them, and the photos, the review round and the portfolio embed come from the same folder as the Cinema page for client video delivery.

The cut is approved before it ships. Notes pinned to the timecode and the frame, replies, resolved notes, and each new cut as a version of the last.

The Gravity Feature review: notes pinned to timecodes, one with a point on the frame, a studio reply and a resolved note

The whole job

VidFlow delivers the finished video. FRGMT runs the job around it.

The review round before it ships, the photos beside it, the portfolio after it and the archive under it, from one folder.

  • React The review roundThe couple leaves notes on the exact frame of the edit, with no account.
  • Cinema The deliveryHighlight, ceremony and speeches on one page, up to 4K, the originals to download.
  • Gallery The photosYours or the photographer’s, in a gallery from the same folder.
  • Embed The portfolioThe highlight on your own site, in your player, from the same file.
  • Library The archiveMasters kept, upload links for second shooters, shared folders for an editor or a client.

Where each one wins

What you give up either way.

VidFlow

VidFlow wins if couples watch on the TV.

  • TV apps.On every major platform. FRGMT has none.
  • Pages outlive the bill. Each stays live two years, even if you stop buying packs.
  • No monthly bill.Cheaper at low volume.
FRGMT

FRGMT wins on the whole season.

  • The whole delivery.Review, video page, photos, portfolio and archive in one platform.
  • Revisions never spend quota. You pay for storage, not uploads.
  • The couple reviews first.Notes pinned to the moment.
  • Live past two years. For as long as you keep it.
  • Cheaper across a full season.See the money below.

The money

A full season costs less on storage.

Keeping several seasons live grows FRGMT storage; VidFlow pages expire after two years.

25 weddings a year, about 1.5 TB uploaded

One season, billed annually

VidFlow, 3 packs of 500 GB$1,425 a year
FRGMT Pro plus 1 TB$720 a year

About 60 GB per wedding with masters and revisions. VidFlow packs are $475 each, one-time; FRGMT Pro is $420 a year plus $25 a month per added TB.

From each vendor's published pricing. VidFlow details last verified October 2026.

Moving over

Bring the work across.

  1. Gather the masters.

Download your masters from VidFlow before each page’s two years run out, or use the originals on your own drives.

  2. Upload or import.

Upload directly at up to 100 GB per file, or import from Dropbox, which brings whole folders, or Google Drive, which brings the files you pick, on Starter and above.

  3. Send the new link.

Each couple gets a Cinema page under your name, live for as long as you keep it.

Questions

VidFlow for weddings, answered.

How does VidFlow work?

VidFlow sells upload quota rather than storage: a pack such as 500 GB for $475 is a one-time purchase valid for a year, every gallery you create stays live for two years from creation, and re-uploading a revision is free for 10 days on a pack before it uses quota again. FRGMT charges for storage instead, so a revision never spends an upload allowance.

How much does VidFlow cost?

VidFlow upload packs cost $60 for 50 GB, $110 for 100 GB and $475 for 500 GB, each valid for a year, and its Pro and Ultimate memberships cost $948 and $1,980 a year for 1 TB a year and 5 TB a year of uploads, beside a free plan of 10 GB. FRGMT charges for storage, with no upload count at all.

How long do VidFlow galleries last?

VidFlow keeps each gallery live for two years from the day it is created, whether or not you keep buying packs, and after that the couple can no longer open it, while an FRGMT delivery stays live for as long as you keep it in your library. Nothing on FRGMT expires on a timer unless you set one.

Do VidFlow revisions count against my upload pack?

Re-uploading a cut on VidFlow is free for 10 days on a pack and 60 days on a membership, after which the new upload comes out of your allowance, so a late request from a couple or a parent costs quota you already paid for once. On FRGMT a revision only adds to storage, never to an upload count.
