One subscription, not four.
Most studios deliver one project through four tools: a gallery platform, a video host, a review tool and a transfer service. Here is what that stack costs at published prices, against one FRGMT plan.
The stack, added up
Four jobs, four bills, or one.
| The job | A typical tool | Billed annually | On FRGMT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo galleries | Pixieset Pro | $24 a month | Gallery |
| Video hosting and delivery | Vimeo Standard | $25 a month | Cinema and embeds |
| Review on a timecode | Frame.io Pro, one member | About $13 a month per user | React |
| Large-file transfer | WeTransfer Ultimate | $19 a month | Shared folders and upload links |
| Total | Four bills, four uploads, four links | About $81 a month | $35 a month on Pro, 1 TB |
The problem
Each tool looks reasonable on its own. Together they are a second rent.
Priced one at a time, every tool in a delivery stack is easy to justify. A gallery platform for the stills, a host for the video, a review tool for the notes, a transfer service for the masters.
Run together, month after month, they add up to one of the larger costs in a creative business, and each one holds its own copy of the same project. A replaced file has to be replaced four times.
FRGMT is one library with four ways out. The files live once, and a gallery, client video delivery, a review link and a shared folder are each a view of the same folder. Storage is the only thing that grows: no per-hour video, per-upload or per-transfer fees.
Before FRGMT, its founder paid $24 a month for a gallery tool, $25 a month for a hosting platform, $51 a month for a video delivery service and about $55 a month for a cloud storage team account to deliver commercial work: $155 a month across four platforms.
Smaller stacks
You may not need all four. Here is the math either way.
Gallery, host and review
Drop the transfer service and the gap is still close to half.
Gallery and host only
Vimeo includes its own review tools, so many studios stop here. FRGMT still costs less.
One gallery platform
Still cheaper, with video, review and a library already included the day you need them.

Questions
Delivery pricing, answered.
How much does client delivery software cost?
At published annual prices, a typical studio delivery stack of a gallery platform, a video host, a review tool and a transfer service costs more than twice what one FRGMT plan does, and each of those tools keeps its own copy of the same project. The table on this page adds the stack up line by line. FRGMT Pro covers all four jobs for $35 a month billed annually.
Is there one platform for photo and video delivery?
Yes: FRGMT delivers client galleries, video pages, review links and shared folders from one library, so a studio shooting both stills and video sends one link per project instead of one per tool, and uploads each file into the library only once rather than to every service. Galleries, video pages and review are on every plan, Free included.
Why does FRGMT charge for storage?
Storage is the cost that actually grows: every FRGMT plan includes the same kinds of delivery, so the only thing a busier studio needs more of is room for the work it keeps, and charging by storage means you never pay per seat on solo plans, per hour of video, per upload or per transfer. Extra storage is $25 a month per terabyte from Pro.
Does FRGMT charge per hour of video or per transfer?
No: FRGMT has no per-hour video, per-upload or per-transfer fees, no bandwidth cap and no fair-use meter, so a studio delivering long video pays only for the storage it actually keeps and nothing for how often clients watch or download it. Each file can be up to 100 GB, and storage add-ons are $25 a month per terabyte.
Does FRGMT offer monthly billing?
Yes: every paid FRGMT plan can be billed monthly or annually, with Starter at $15 a month or $144 a year, Pro at $42 a month or $420 a year and Teams at $99 a month or $984 a year, so annual billing saves up to 20% depending on the plan. Free has no time limit and needs no card.
